Her Voice Productions, a registered 501(c)3 nonprofit (EIN 41-1927516), is home to the Twin Cities Women’s Choir, ENCORE! and the Twin Cities Girls’ Choir. We are a diverse community that sings, performs, and affirms the voices of women and girls.
Our Diva’s & Desserts Spring Gala is a one-of-a-kind evening that offers an opportunity to support an important cause; affirming the voices of women and girls. Guests will take part in a silent auction, enjoy stage-side sweets, and experience the mighty wave of sound our 150+ singers produce during the 2 1/2hr gala.
Please join our efforts by donating a product, service, or experience to our silent auction. Support from caring community partners like you is critical to our success, and showcases your business’ dedication to improving the lives of Minnesota women and girls. The 17th annual Spring Gala will take place on May 3 & 4, 2019, at St. Mary’s Event Center in Minneapolis. In-Kind Donations
While we all love gift cards, our most successful auction donations are items or experiences. What Does Sponsorship Look Like?
Your tax-deductible donations offset the costs of producing the gala event, so that all of the money raised during the event goes directly towards supporting the Twin Cities Women’s Choir, ENCORE!, and the Twin Cities Girls’ Choir programs. Specific uses of your funds might include:
Parking- enabling us to offer reduced cost or free parking to gala guests
*Open Bar- enabling us to offer an open bar, or complimentary cocktails to gala guests
Decor & Lighting- enhancing the experience with lighting, flowers, and additional decorations
Graphic Design - offsetting the costs of producing the signs, slides, and printed materials
Space & Rehearsal- offsetting the costs of the space and additional rehearsal time for the choir
Technology- offsetting the costs of the technical production of the show, and technology use
