Job Summary: The Executive Director serves as the chief administrative and fundraising leader of Her Voice Productions. A primary responsibility of this role is strengthening TCWC’s financial foundation by cultivating donor relationships, pursuing grants, and expanding contributed revenue. Working in partnership with the Artistic Director, Choir Manager, and Board of Directors, the Executive Director helps ensure the long-term sustainability, visibility, and operational health of the organization.

We are seeking a leader who believes in the power of choral music to build community and who will steward the organization’s resources, relationships, and reputation with care so that our singers can focus on what they love most - making music together.

Her Voice Productions seeks to hire an Artistic Coordinator ENCORE!/Assistant Artistic Director, Twin Cities Women’s Choir (TCWC). Job Summary:  The ENCORE Artistic Coordinator / Assistant Artistic Director for Twin Cities Women’s Choir is a part-time, exempt position which offers the opportunity for professional and artistic growth in the choral community engagement arena under the auspices of a well-established choral organization.

This person serves a dual role as Assistant Artistic Director for TCWC and Artistic Coordinator for ENCORE. The TCWC AAD role supports TCWC’s Artistic Director (AD), leads selected rehearsals, and coaches singers. The ENCORE AC role provides coaching/directing support for a portion of ENCORE’s rehearsals, and also ensures the group remains musically strong, mission-aligned, community-engaged, and financially sustainable. This role blends musical leadership with collaborative planning and relies on strong partnership with volunteer ENCORE members who manage key logistics
