Job Summary: The ENCORE Artistic Coordinator / Assistant Artistic Director for Twin Citiesn Women’s Choir is a part-time, exempt position which offers the opportunity for professional and artistic growth in the choral community engagement arena under the auspices of a well-established choral organization.
This person serves a dual role as Assistant Artistic Director for TCWC and Artistic Coordinator for ENCORE. The TCWC AAD role supports TCWC’s Artistic Director (AD), leads selected rehearsals, and coaches singers. The ENCORE AC role provides coaching/directing support for a portion of ENCORE’s rehearsals, and also ensures the group remains musically strong, mission-aligned, community-engaged, and financially sustainable. This role blends musical leadership with collaborative planning and relies on strong partnership with volunteer ENCORE members who manage key logistics
